Fess Parker passes away…
Fess Parker passed away yesterday, March 18th 2010. He was 85 years old. He was a great actor, and always made me smile. We miss him very much. Many of you knew him for his roles in various Disney movies, such as Davy Crockett. My favorite of his performances would have to be his his star role in the TV show “Daniel Boone”. This series went on for 6 seasons, and I loved it.
You should definitely check out the show; it was Fess Parker’s best, and its exciting and family friendly. Check out the season’s here.

All these movies are distinguish by the genre “Directed by Tim Burton.” Some people like them, some people hate them. Some of his work is genius, others, not so much. But the biggest question is this: “What is inside Burton’s mind?”
Weekly Rental: Sheffey
I never thought I’d want to watch Sheffey. It looked like a boring old fashioned film, until my Dad viewed it and told me that it had its good points. So last night, we sat down and braved it. It was made in 1977, and was 2 hours and 17 minutes long. We had also been told that the ending was sad….not exciting. When I finally started watching it, despite its old effects and bad camera angles, I begin to love the story.
Robert Sheffey was a young man living with his rich Aunt, and searching for something more then his life of foolish play. He would have given up hope if it had not been for a chance meet with God at a revival meeting. After that, his life changed for the better. He became a travling preacher…
Avatar Re-Release?
Fox and Cameron are discussing a Re-Release for Avatar this summer! They’re crazy. I mean, everyone who wanted to see it saw it. Maybe even five times. How much money could they lose if it comes out again and no one’s excited? Plenty. James Cameron has made his big bucks. How much more does this guy want?
Maybe he’s going for the Oscars again… I’m not sure if you can submit a “re-release” of 2010….Anyhow, look out for Avatar in theaters again this summer.
So how many of you would go see Avatar in the theaters again? Tell me, I want to know.
Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock won Best Actress at the Oscar’s for her amazing performance as Leanne Tuohy in the movie “The Blindside.”
I have to admit, Sandra looked great at the Oscars. I loved “The Blindside”, it was so inspiring, and Sandra definitely deserved the award.
“The Blindside” will be available on DVD March 23rd.
Who won the Oscars?
After many predictions and wishes, the Oscars have finally all been awarded as of last night. With the expectations of Avatar winning every category, I was quite surprised by the winners.
